DELIVERY, PAYMENT AND REturn policy

• The cost of delivery of goods is 400 rubles in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road. Outside the Moscow Ring Road, the cost is calculated using the delivery calculator of the transport company;
• Trying on two products to choose from - 400 rubles;
• The conditions for free delivery of goods such as strollers, car seats, furniture and accessories for newborns are specified in the product card and are discussed with the manager.
• If the conditions are not specified, then the delivery of the goods is paid, and the manager will help you choose the best price option for delivery to the apartment or pick-up point.
• Delivery of goods is carried out the next day or one day after the confirmation of the order.
• Delivery days: Monday-Saturday
• Delivery after 18:00 is negotiated separately, for a fee.
• The courier calls 30-60 minutes before arrival to you.

*Delivery is carried out by the courier service CDEK. Attention! Delivery can be delayed only through the fault of the transport company employees. The online store "Dressclab.ru" controls the delivery process, but is not responsible for the shift in terms if the delivery is not carried out by our courier. Also, we are not responsible for the shift in delivery due to the traffic situation on the roads.

You did not like the color of the product or the product itself, you want to exchange it for another one that is available. Each case is considered individually. If the exchange is possible, you can call a courier for a fee - 500 rubles. The condition is the complete safety of the packaging and documentation.

If the product is of inadequate quality, our courier will bring a replacement to your home. In this case, you do not need to pay for calling a courier.
Your actions during the exchange:

2. Describe the problem, the reason for the exchange, your phone number and order number.
3. Wait for a call or e-mail response from our employee to confirm your application.

Note!!! Exchange is possible only if the packaging and documentation are preserved. The product must be clean, in good condition, not used and packed in its original packaging.

You did not like or did not fit the product, you want to make a return. You can call a courier for a fee - 500 rubles, or make a return at the office. If the return is due to a product of poor quality (defective), then the courier will come to you free of charge.
Your return steps:

2. Describe the problem, reason for the return, your phone number and order number.
3. Wait for a call or e-mail response from our employee to confirm your application.

In the case of technically complex, textile products, personal hygiene items, you need to:

1. If this product is not subject to exchange / return, contact the manufacturer's service center on your own. If you do not have a warranty card, please contact our operators to find out the contacts of warranty workshops.

2. If the product is subject to exchange / return:

• Take a photo of the defective product or part of it.
• Write a letter to info@dressсoll.com with the heading "Marriage".
• Describe the problem, the reason for the return, your phone number and order number, attach a photo of the marriage,
• Wait for a call or e-mail response from our employee to confirm your application.

Note!!! Exchange / return of defective goods is possible only if the packaging and documentation are preserved. The product must be clean, not used and packed in its original packaging.

According to the law on the protection of consumer rights, the goods must meet the conditions of exchange and return.

• Safety of packaging and all accompanying documentation;
• The rules for using the goods have not been violated (for strollers and car seats: used goods are not subject to return, for children's furniture: assembled furniture is not subject to return);
• The parts in the box are assembled and stacked as the manufacturer does;
• Exchange / return of technically complex goods (baby monitors, video baby monitors, scales, etc.) is possible, but is made only after the examination of the service center.
